Removed what was left of the original clips. Pressed in the new clips and snapped in the themostat blub

unscrew the old ones and replaced the new one - easy as that! Savings of over $300.00 if I need to buy a new one! Thanks for the speedy service after I ordered it.

Simply removed old element,2 screws,clean'd oven b/4 install'n new one,reconnect'd 2 wires,2 screws & yea oven wrks again. My husband was very happy as the oven is 34 yrs old,I just copied the model #,went 2 u'r web site,& we r very happy campers,so thank you very much.

First, I want to say that this part arrived within 24 hours of placing the order. I was plesantly suprised. My husband did the repair and it was super easy. We had no problems.

Determining the correct bake element to order was the most difficult part. Once I received the part, it took me 2 minutes to unscrew the back panel, detach the wires, connect the new wires and re-connect the back pannel - turned the oven on to test - and we were all set just in time for Chistmas baking.

This was an easy thing to do. Take the two screws off the back, pull the wires out, pull off the connectors, get the new element, replace the connectors, make a hole in the insulation, fish the wires back behind the insulation, screw the mounting screws and turn it on. Found the model number, called the local parts store, they quoted $60 + $10 shipping because it was a warehouse order or something. So I came hear and got it for $42 + $7 shipping!

First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires.
Went online and Googled for oven element by providing the serial and model number. Partselect popped up. I submitted the order and received and installed the new element within 5 days from start ... Read more to finish. I recommend this website for replacement parts.

The hardest part was taking out original light bulb because screws on shield where hard to unscrew after all this years . The old bulb vent out leaving neck in socket. It took narrow electrical pliers to get neck out .The generic appliance bulb did not fit and had aluminum neck ,not recommended for brass sockets in ovens.Putting new ligh ... The part arrived promptly and as described. I had already unscrewed the bad coil so it was easy to just put the new one back in on the open sockets. I then put the top support plate through the element and quickly screwed it back on.

Removed old element and element gasket. Replaced both by alining gasket with element and screwing in retaining screws. Jod completed.
