The cartridge came in the mail in just a few days (Thank you for such prompt service) I took the old one out and put the new one in, and now I have the 4 burner stove top that I've wanted for a long time. I was so happy to find your company and find the part I wanted. I had tried Jennair, with no luck, and it was wonderful to find your website and find exactly what I needed.

My husband threw a pot holder on the hot (not lit) burner grate. The potholder melted on the grate and we were not able to remove the melted fabric. We ordered a new grate and it looked so good we ordered three more. I am planning to replace the burners next. We'll have a brand new looking cooktop. The cooktop is 15 years old.

So after calling all around to buy 2 more burners with no luck, I went on line, after two other web sites that wanted over $300.00 for them all in pieces, I found PartSelect they wanted only $199.00 and it was all together in one piec

Removed four screws; withdrew two burners; set two new burners in place; installed same old screws. That was it. When I turned them on to adjust the flame, they came on almost instantly and no adjustment was needed.

Wife loves the nice new look.

  • Thomas from HOLLISTON, MA
  • Very Difficult

Contacted customer service via email. Included a description of the problem as well as a photo that clearly showed that the Front Burner Assembly was, in fact, NOT an assembly when it arrived.

Nobody even acknowledged my email.
This was a $140 assembly.

Never again will use these guys for repair parts.

I ordered the gas burner assembly took it from the box and placed the old one into the box the new one came in -took 2 minutes.
It looked phenomenal!!
I ordered another one just like it and added new knobs..now my counter top cooki nig station looks BRAND NEW.
NO waiting for repair men who never show up on time,.Works much better than the other one and to think I did it myself.
Now my sister- in -law is doing the same.

1. ordered replacement part from Partselect.com.
2. opened box
3. lifted out grill and burner assemblies from the cooktop
4. set in the gas burner assemblies, pan, and burners
5. tested burners.

Steps 2-5 took under 5 minutes total. No tools needed. Wife is happy, so I am too! Now I just wonder why I did n't do it 5 years ago when I bought the house with that worthless grill in place.

We've been wanting to replace these parts ever since we moved into our home. It was an amazingly easy process. The range looks like new. PartSelect was a great company to work with. You could track your product's mailing status easily online. One of the grates arrived with several scratches on it. When we contacted PartsSelect, they immediately sent us a new grate. We are very pleased with this company, and we will use them for future appliance parts needs.

to convert a cook-top stove with 2 burners and a side grill into a 4 burner stove.

  • Robert from Silver Spring, MD

Replacing the side grill burners was easy--lift off the grill covers and pull out the grill burners. Next, attach the new front and rear burners to the burner plate with 2 screws (the older version uses 4 screws) using a nutdriver. Place the 2 burner unit (now joined) into the 2 gas inlets (no screws necessary--just slip them over the tub es). Insert the grill pan over the burners and place the 2 burner grates over each burner. Done!
