1. First I pulled out the heating element from stovetop and removed old pan (no screws) very simple. 2. Put new pan in and inserted the heating element back in place.

First I unplugged the element that wasn't working and switched it with one that was to confirm that it was the burner element, and not the cooktop wiring, that was the problem. Took the new parts out of the bags, slipped them into place and had the drawer working flawlessly in less than 5 minutes!
I surprised myself.

I just plugged it into the receptacle on the stovetop and turned the thing on, and it worked! I'd been without the 4th burner for quite some time. Nice to have it back!

Ge wanted over a hundred dollars for the same part you charged only $80. Thanks. I'll be buying again.

replaced drip pans due to rust

I watched the video before ordering the part. When it arrived, I knew exactly what to do. No tools were needed. It took me 2 tries to get the drawer aligned properly but the whole repair took about a minute. The video was invaluable!

Unplugged range and cut wires on existing burner plug. Connected the replacement plug with the provided wire-nuts. Secured with provided shrink-wrap. Reattached burner plug to to range top, and plugged in the burner coil. Presto.

I am a 74 year old single woman. I removed the drawer and replaced the guide which has been missing for some time. Wish I had none about your company a long time ago.

Replaced drip pans and now my elements sit level!

Merely removed the old drip trays and replaced them with the new ones I ordered.

First i removed the drawer. Then i removed the broken drawer glide and replaced it with the new one. Then i put the drawer back! The parts were a perfect match...

I used a screw driver to pop the broken glide out and then snapped in the new one. The repair took all of about 30 seconds. It probably would have taken even less time if the former owner had not epoxied the broken piece in place.

I just placed the new glider in place and put the drawer back on its hinges and it was good to go... my wife was extremely happy

Simply secured new glide into slot. I was more impressed at how easy this company made it for me to find the part I needed. And, they shipped immediately. This company is great.
