I purchased the new o-ring and took off the old o-ring with a small flat head screw driver. I put the new o-ring on and filled up the container with paint and the suction held after letting the air out. This fixed my issue of the air coming back into the container. Read more...

This O-ring, also known as a gasket, is a genuine OEM replacement part designed for use in air sprayers. It is a rubber seal with a diameter of approximately 1.5 inches, that sits between the pump and filter to prevent air and paint leakage between the two mating parts. If the ring is lost, worn out, damaged, or has lost elasticity, it will need to be replaced. A faulty O-ring will result in issues such as leaking, low pressure, inconsistent spray patterns, and friction damage between the filter and pump. To replace the O-ring, open the sprayer housing and twist the pump off. Carefully pry the old O-ring off and clean the mounting area to ensure a good seal for the new ring. Place the O-ring over the filter and apply light pressure until it is flat against the surface. Reassemble the equipment to complete your repair.

The O-ring that was on my Graco Paint Sprayer was worn out and needed to be replaced
The O-ring that connects the paint container to the paint sprayer was worn out from previously using it over the past couple of years. I started to notice that air would leak in the container causing the pain sprayer to not spray paint as normal. I would have to squeeze the air out of the container and hold it so the paint would go into the pump to spray. I purchased the new o-ring and took off the old o-ring with a small flat head screw driver. Graco Paint Sprayer Wheel

This OEM pneumatic wheel is connected to the frame or base of your sprayer, providing easy transportation over rough or uneven surfaces. This wheel is an 11-inch rubber tire on a 4 inch-rim filled with air and is mounted on a hub or axle. To identify a broken wheel, look for signs such as deflation, wobbling, or excessive wear and cracks. Operating your sprayer may become challenging, and the paint application could become uneven. To replace a wheel, use a wrench or pliers to remove the axle cap or nut securing the wheel assembly. Afterwards, you can slide the wheel off the axle. Please note that this replacement part is sold individually, and it is recommended to replace all your wheels at once for optimal performance.
