Manifold
Part #15G455
This authentic OEM fluid filter manifold assembly acts as the main filter block for the manifold filter in your paint sprayer, ensuring that impurities are removed from the paint before it reaches the spray gun so that the debris does not affect your finish quality, damage your sprayer, or clog your spray tips. To check if it is broken, look for leaks or visible damage. Unfiltered impurities can cause clogs and blockages, leading to uneven or flawed paint application. To replace the assembly, first, set the pressure control knob to the lowest setting, turn off the machine, and disconnect it from the power source. Consult your user manual to locate the assembly, which is typically near the fluid inlet connection. Use a socket or wrench set to remove the components connected to the manifold assembly, including hoses, the transducer, the nipple, and the dump valve assembly. Unscrew the cap and remove the filter from the assembly. Please note that the replacement part is sold separately from the cap, insert, or filter.

Tranducer
Part #243222
This transducer is sourced from the original manufacturer for use in paint sprayers. The transducer, also known as a pressure transducer or pressure sensor, is responsible for monitoring and measuring the pressure of the paint being sprayed. The transducer then relays this information to the control system which allows the sprayer to remain in the desired spray parameters and prevent over pressurization. Transducers can fail due to electrical issues, or mechanical damage, which can cause inaccurate pressure readings, loss of control, inconsistent spray patterns, poor paint application and fluctuating pressure rates. To remove a faulty transducer first, disconnect the electrical wires and fasteners holding it in place. Position the new transducer in the empty slot and reattach the electrical connections and any mounting hardware to complete your repair.

O-rings are used within power equipment to create seals within valves and pipes to prevent leaks and ensure the best performance possible. This O-ring is designed for use within various models of paint sprayers, and sits in between the manifold and manifold cap filter, to ensure that paint is used effectively and does not leak. This O-ring is an individually-sold, genuine OEM part made of Teflon, which is a highly heat- and chemical-resistant, synthetic material. However, due to normal wear and tear, excessive pressure, or damage, Teflon O-rings can tear or break, needing to be replaced immediately. To avoid having to replace this O-ring in the future, make sure to follow any of the original equipment manufacturer standards for maintaining your paint sprayer, along with regular inspections, cleaning, and proper storage. To replace this O-ring, make sure your paint sprayer is turned off and any extra paint is released from the spray gun. Unthread the manifold cap and remove it and the attached filter, and the O-ring should be attached between to be easily replaced.
