Dynabrade Muffler Insert Genuine Dynabrade replacement part, this item is sold individually. The purpose of the 56027 Muffler is to lessen the noise of the air coming from the exhaust of the tools listed below. It will also filter out the excess oil that is in the tool. Once these Inserts get dirty and clogged they should be replaced.

Dynabrade Sander Rotor & Blade Set This is a genuine Dynabrade replacement part designed for use with sanders/buffers. It fits inside the cylinder assembly. This set includes a plastic rotor and a set of five (5) blades. To replace it you will need a screwdriver and pliers.

It goes between the air control ring and the tip valve. A wrench may be needed to properly install this part. This item is available as an individual replacement part.

Dynabrade Blades These authentic OEM sourced replacement rotor blades are commonly used on Dynabrade sanders and grinders. They are attached to the rotor inside the tool pushing the air. This set includes (4) compound material blades per order. Replacing these blades you will need a set of wrenches and pliers.

Dynabrade Blades/rotor (4 Pack) These blades in your die grinders are located on the rotor within the motor housing. This OEM set includes four blades, each measuring approximately 1-1/2 inches by 3/8 inches. Dynabrade Isolator Post (sold Individual This is an authentic Dynabrade replacement part that has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with orbital sanders. The isolator post is used to provide spacing between the housing and the backing pad to allow room for the bearing box. This item is sold as an individual replacement part.

Dynabrade Brush And Holder (brush This brush and brush holder set is supplied by the original manufacturer for use in vacuums. It includes 2 carbon brushes, 2 brush holders, and two springs. The brushes have measurements of 1.5 inches long, 3/4 inches wide, and 3/16 inches thick. Over time the brushes may wear down, become damaged, or dislodged, leading to reduced power output, unusual noses, and difficulties starting the equipment. Ensure the equipment is switched off before beginning the repair. Remove the motor housing to access the brushes. Carefully remove the springs and fasteners that hold the brush and holders in place. Mount the new brush holders onto the motor and position the new brushes into the holders. Secure the brushes in place with the spring and reattach the motor housing to complete the repair.

Dynabrade Seal This is a manufacturer sourced replacement seal. It is specially produced for use with Dynabrade sanders. This is one of the seals for the tip valve/inlet bushing. Over time seals tend to shrink and crack allowing for air leaks. At that time it should be replaced to maintain top performance. It is made out of rubber material and it is sold individually. Replacing this item you would need a wrench to replace this item.
