Dishwasher Access Valve
In this case, it was caused by a bad inlet valve. It did not close properly and led to an overflow of water inside that eventually spilled into the pan underneath the unit.
I see now why the pump keeps running after this error. In this case, it would have led to a big flood in the kitchen if it did not.
I was actually able to run the unit while broke by manually operating the valve under our sink that provides water to the unit.
Be sure to turn off breaker before servicing. Don't get shocked!
Be sure to turn off water before starting! Or, you'll have a flood.
Anyway, I just pulled the unit out (was secured by 2 screws on the sides). I lifted up the insulation material on the left side to get at the valve. Pushed a little green tab to release the electrical plug. Then, use pliers to move clamp off the white water hose on the inside. Then, pull of white hose. This was hard in my case. Took a lot of force. Then, reach behind the unit and use pliers to unscrew water hose. Now, the whole gray panel there can pop out with some force. Then, slip the old valve out and slip new one in. Reconnect hoses and clamp. Note that I put some caulk on the connector where white hose goes. Not sure if needed or not.

E:15 error code with Watertap

Water leaking from Inlet Valve
Remove the bottom cover plate. Disconnect the water inlet and black rubber hose. Remove 2 mounting screws. Pull out electrical connector. Reverse order. Be sure to get the brass inlet connector really tight so it won't leak. I did the final tightning after the part is mounted. Not a bad repair at all. The only problem was that it leaked in the first place and messed up my subfloor and laminate flooring.

Inlet valve leaking at water connection
The valve has a plastic fitting to attach the the water line with a hose fitting. Was not carful enough with the original and damaged it attaching the water line. Ordered a replacement fitting. While it is possible to replace the water inlet valve without pulling the dishwasher out from the cabinet found it was easier to get at with the machine out. The video does and good job of showing the removal and replacing the valve. Easy job, don't be like me and be careful attaching the water line.

Turn off water supply, turn of power to dishwasher, remove mounting screws, slide dishwasher out of opening, place a pan under water supply valve, remove water line, remove screws holding the valve in place, disconnect electrical connector. Reverse process to install new valve.

The notes on your web site say you can remove the valve from behind the toe face and pull it out to reach the hose and plug. I found that the Bosch designers called for both the hose and wire to on the short side. I found that pulling the dishwasher forward 6" to 9" allows you to access these connections from the side at least to hold them while making the connection. I hope this helps. This was the third time I replaced a fill valve in a Bosch diswasher, twice in this unit and once in a previous unit. I read the installation hints on your web site and want to add the following suggestion.The notes on your web site say you can remove the valve from behind the toe face and pull it out to reach the hose and plug.
