Chainsaw Return Grommet
PartSelect Number PS9995391
Manufacturer Part Number 6697846
This individually sold grommet is a genuine OEM part and is used for a variety of different small engine/outdoor lawn equipment. The return fuel line from the carburetor is installed through this grommet, which creates a seal to prevent future leaks and ignition issues. Over time and through exposure to fuel, the grommet can wear down, leading to cracks, tears, and missing pieces. If you notice fuel is leaking during operation, or are having issues with starting the engine, this grommet may be the cause. Depending on your model, installing the return line in the grommet and then installing both together in the fuel tank may be easiest, rather than installing them separately.

Chainsaw Nut
PartSelect Number PS9236120
Manufacturer Part Number V265000200
This flanged hex nut is a genuine OEM steel fastener specifically designed for use in chainsaws and chop saws, serving the purpose of securing various components in these outdoor power equipment devices. It features a flange base that acts as a built-in washer for extra stability and security. The hex nut has a diameter of 6mm, and its threaded shaft has a pitch of 20, ensuring a secure and reliable connection. Over time, the bolt can be susceptible to corrosion, cracks, or worn threads, which may result in the loosening or detachment of the connected parts. Detectable signs of such issues include excessive noise, vibrations, and equipment instability. To address this, it is recommended to inspect all bolts within your equipment and replace any that are no longer functioning properly. To replace the bolt, simply use a wrench or socket to loosen and remove the old one, position the new bolt on the mounting surface, and securely tighten it until the flange is flush against the surface. Please note that each flanged hex nut is sold individually.
