The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
Genuine Presto replacement part, this item is sold individually. The 85707 Cooking/Canning Rack is placed in the bottom of the Pressure Canners shown below. It is above the bottom of the the pot approximately 1/4-1/2 inch. If it was laying flat on the bottom of the canning pot, the heat from the pot would cause the canning jars to break.

I'm new at canning. I have the presto Pressure Canner. It has a lid with a silver pressure release. It also has the rubber gasket. I need the pressure valve and the tray that goes in the bottom of the canner. Is there anything else I need and where do I get these parts. Please Advise, Thanks, Sherry
