01-CA16 Presto Pressure Cooker - Overview

This is a genuine Presto replacement part, it is sold individually. The purpose of the 85444 Pressure Canner Cover Handle, is to tighten the cover to the pot. There are two of these on each of the Pressure Canners shown below. Each cover handle does include two mounting screws.

Genuine Presto replacement part, this item is sold individually. The 85707 Cooking/Canning Rack is placed in the bottom of the Pressure Canners shown below. It is above the bottom of the the pot approximately 1/4-1/2 inch. If it was laying flat on the bottom of the canning pot, the heat from the pot would cause the canning jars to break.

This is a genuine OEM replacement part used with many pressure canner models. The pressure canner body handle, is fastened onto each side of the pressure cooker. The durable metal and plastic item is sold individually. A screwdriver is required for making the proper installation.
