Freezer handle came loose on one side
Discovered that the seating in the handle was stripped on one side so removed the old handle (toughest part of the repair). Based on a previously asked/answered question, the PartSelect website provided an accurate list of the required parts (and corresponding part numbers) so I had everything I needed. Installing the new handle was very straightforward and quick.

My son broke the door handle off the Refrigerator
I removed two screws that were holding on broken handle. I put new handle in place and attached it with new screws. Ordering parts on line and receving them in mail a few days later was awsome. I did not need my husbands help at all .

missing screws for oven door
After searching on the internet for a very long time, we were almost ready to order the screws "blind" (no picture) from Sears for almost $10.oo per screw. Then I stumbled onto this website and found exactly what I was looking for, with a detailed description AND a picture!! Not to mention a price that was two thirds less than Sears..for TWO screws. Now the oven door is secure and we are no longer on our search for the right screws.

Oven would not heat on bake setting
unplugged oven from wall. Removed screws holding the inside element cover. Then removed the screws holding the element in place. disconnected wire from element. plug in new element and reinstall all screws and covers in reverse order. If wire to element pull throug back of oven, remove rear cover to expose all electrial connections. With new element screwed in place you can plug it in from the back. Reinstall rear cover. Plug in oven and test.
