RA5111J2 Hotpoint Range - Instructions

I purchased a set of drip pans at the store only to find out that they were not for GE Ranges. I got on line and inquired and your representative was very helpful. The repair was easy. After cleaning the stove I removed the old drip pans and installed them one by one. No problem!

As easy as 1-2-3 !!! :) Lift up burners, place drip bowls down then trim rings, put burners down! Just an easy replacement. Problem was, I couldn't find the parts. The service and turn-around was fabulous!

The repair was almost to easy. It makes me wonder how many times in the future I will be willing to now attempt a repair instead of waiting and paying much more to have someone else do it. I thank you for the easy to understand video directions.

This was a second hand stove we have had for about 3-yrs. I noticed immediatley that the drip bowls and rings were not OEM parts & the bottom of the burners had actually been bent to fit the rings. I was very glad to find this website with a detailed diagram of the stove and parts. I intend to replace all the burners, drip bowl & rings, ... unskewed the screw. Very basic

Put bowl in and then slid rings around. Just like cleaning procedure. Easy. Thanks for your service.

Easily, removed old brackets and installed new. Screw driver required. Very quick repair. Excellent quick turn around on the order. Received within 3 days of order.

My stove top is 35 yr old. & Lowes did not have drip pans that fit. these worked great & easier than cleaning the old ones. They just popped right in.

My husband was able to easily remove and replace the switch and know with-in 15 minutes.

No problem, remove screws, insert part, tighten screws just be careful not to drop the screws behind the oven wall.

Range is 45 yrs old. New drip pans are different shape. This is only place which had them and VERY GOOD price. Delivery was quick, too!

I thought I had founf "oven rack" on the parts diagram and I ordered it. It turned ut to be the wrong rack. I looked at the website again and found that farther along the set of diagrams there was a different style of rack with the little extra keeper-wire-prong features I needed.
