Checked all fusses thermostat and heat element all tested good heating on hight heat cycle . Do i need to replace my timer?
For model number MEDC200XW1
Hello Ernest, thank you for your question. If the element, thermostats, and fuses are not the issue the timer would be the next part we would recommend replacing. I hope this helps.

Dryer not heating. What could be the problem?
For model number MEDC200XW1
Hi Jaime, thank you for your question. Looking at your model information there are a few parts that you should take out and test to see which one is giving you the issue. The first parts to check in this case would be all of your thermostats and thermal fuses. You can test those parts with a multi meter and they should be reading 0 ohms to be working correctly. If those parts are fine, you should then go on to testing your heating element as well. You can also test that with a multi meter and it should be reading between 0 - 50 ohms. Something else you should also check would be your filter and ducts. Make sure there is absolutely no blockage that would restrict air flow in your appliance. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

When I turn on my dryer it’s making a loud noise. Any ideas as to why? Thanks!
For model number MEDC200XW1
Hello Clint, Thank you for the question. Since we can not hear the noise we need a bit more of a description. Does the noise sound like a metal rubbing or a banging? Does the drum tumble and work normally and just makes the noise or is there just a noise and no tumbling? The more details to trouble shoot the better. Please submit a new question if you have any follow ups. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

First tried heating element and thermal fuse with no luck. Ordered thermal cutoff and fixed problem. Had I used an ohm meter first I would have determined problem before having ordered heating element and fuse, as both had resistance. I wast just lazy and ordered the took the most common failed components first before taking dryer back

I ordered all the thermal sensors for the dryer. They arrived two days later and they were the correct parts. It took me about 1/2 hour to replace all three sensors and now the dryer works like new again. My wife was very pleased, so was I.
