I just slipped the old, worn out tube off, warmed the new one in some hot water for a few minutes to make it more pliable, sprayed some non-stick spray on the end connecting in the back, and slipped it on. Piece of cake!

I removed the old, brittle and leaky water delivery tube by hand and at the outlet and at the inlet end, by cutting it away with an exacto knife. Used a utility knife to cut the old tube . It was hard & brittle & full of holes. The new tube is not very flexible. Ran it under hot water to soften it up. I used liquid soap on the ends . Manually remove old tube and simply replace with new tube - no tools!

Pulled off old tube and slipped on new one.

removed screws from dishwasher and discovered i could replace panel because of door type

first-removed all axles from one side of rack. replace with new ones, replace rollers. repeat for other side of rack. VIOLA!!

followed the tutorial video and just removed the old one and the new one slipped right on.

Tranfered wheels from old rack to replacement rack. Silverware caddy was a bit too big for the replacement. I gently bent the prongs on the rack a little and its fits perfect.

Spray arm receiver went on easily. Then delivery tube slipped on to proper place easily. Total time for repair was less than 5 minutes.
My biggest problem was getting the replacement parts. I ordered the parts on June 3. The Spray Arm Receiver was shipped that day. The customer service rep transferred my order to another warehouse that had the delivery tube in stock and it was shipped that day. I received the delivery tube today, June 18.

I ordered all new axles even though not all of them were broken - I figured it was just a matter of time. Ordered one new roller because one was missing, and an extra one just in case. The website had great pictures, I compared the wheels I had and the broken axles with the pictures, and picked what I thought would match. They were perfect. I used pliers to pop the axle on, and my fingers to put on the wheels. It works perfectly now
