Ignitor sparking at bottom, not the top

Removed two star screws from the top of the burner, disconnected the wire going to the Ignitor, removed the old ignitor held in with one phillips screw, installed new ignitor and re-installed the burner assembly. Simple!

Broken knobs

First I removed the old damaged knobs by pulling upward on the knobs. Then I replaced the damaged knobs with the new knobs being careful to align the male and female connection. After installation I tested each burner for proper operation. As a final test, I asked my wife for her opinion. We're happy!

Once I got over my first time jitters this was easy. Lucky for me the old screws went back in just fine. The recommended 8/18 x 3/8 screws were way to small to be usable. Check the length of your existing screws if you can before purchasing the recommended ones.
Knobs for the cooktop burners did not fit so I have returned them and still do not have use of all burners due to lack of knobs

Could not put a square peg into a round hole....parts did not fit and I do not know how to find the model number but the knob has two flat sides.l....the knobs you sent did not.

The knob does not go down; it sticks up too high. Question? Maybe knob is not for position 2. Does it matter which place you put it on?

This was a simple replacement of a burner knob. The website had exactly what I needed, including a photograph so I was sure it was the exact match. Delivered quickly and was perfect.

Ignitor cracked on 3 of my gas top buners

I used a star head driver to take of burners ,then pulled wires out about 2 inches unplugged old ignitors and plugged in new ones

Remove the burner cover to reach the burner assembly. From the top of the cooktop you will see 2 screws holing the burner assembly. Using a T drive (6 point screwdriver)remove both screws and the burner assembly will come out of the cook top. Using a phillips head screw driver, remove the old ignitor from the burner assembly. ... Read more galled up, so I had to use some penetrating oil and let it sit for a half hour. I then used a hammer and a phillips head screwdriver to tap the screw as I twisted to un-tightened the screw. Once it broke loose, I placed the new ignitor and reassembled the burner into the stove.
