my fridge was missing shelfs

i live in Manhattan and it is so difficult to go and find a repair store that has the things you need for the specific model number. i went online and found partselect.com they had a very nice and easy search engine and gave me all the parts that goes with my fridge i just gave them my model number. i placed my order and got it 2 days after.. the shipment fee was 6 dollar i saved the taxi money going and coming i might have had even had to go to multiple store before i can find my part.

a shelf retainer on our refrigerater broke off.

well, the retainer broke off, so I waited for the new part to come, and when it came, all I had to do was put it on. putting it on took like a second. there were two hooks that the shelf hooked on, so it was really easy.

Lost the temperature control know

The knob came in the plastic package. It was the correct part. I opened the package and placed the knob on the prongs. Now it works fine.

Broken meat pan on Kenmore refrig

Just slid it in. Fit perfectly. Called the Help Line just to double check that the pan would fit and they assured me it would. Pan cost $20 less than through the Sears site because of lower price, lower shipping and no taxes. Oh, and the pan came in just two days. Very happy.

Put old glass in new frame drop one side under small lip of frame..done..perfect!

Wife didn't like the upper freezer door bin.

Replaced it with one like the lower freezer door bin. Very easy, just snapped into place.

You have sent the wrong part for the THIRD time. You have sent aaccess cover that is TWO INCHES too short. It does not cover the opening, and you will not answer your phones.

There is no way to complete the repair with the wrong part, You have had my order since June 22nd, 2020 and the incorrect part arrived October 27th, 2020. You charged $7.79 plus $1.06 tax and $9.95 shipping. Please refund the entire amount including the shipping, since I did not ask you to ship the incorrect amount.

One blade broke from condenser fan

The part i recieved, from parts select was a larger in circumfrence (<1/4) than the original. However i was not aware of this until after i treid to repair it.

I removed the broken fan from the condenser. This was very sipmle.

When i pluged the refridgerator back in to the outlet the fan tried to start up but soon began to make aloud noise, due to there not being enough clerance.
