FEB24S2ABB Frigidaire Wall Oven - Instructions

I unscrewed 4 screws and took the door apart. The only trouble was I did not pay attention to the way the spacer was positioned. When I put the door back together I really had to look at the way it fit in the main part of the door. I had to use 2 small pieces of tape to hold the glass in place since the door was still atached to the oven ... Read more and not laying flat. my original part arrived and it did not fit. When I called to explain the problem I was told it was the wrong part. The big problem is... Frigidaire calls the receptacle a terminal block kit as well as a terminal block kit which is a totally different part. I tried to explain that to several different folks I spoke to at your company as w ... Read more ell as Frigidaire but I'm not sure if I got that point across. Take a look at part # 530 393 5058 and part # 530 440 9888 and you will see that they both mention terminal block kit. Hopefully the part I am getting from Frigidaire is an OEM part and will fit.

Remove two screws, Remove element, pull off connectors, install connectors on new element and install element using two screws you removed

Removed oven racks removed 2 screws & pulled the element forward & disconnected the old element by wiggling the snap on connecters put in new element connected the snap on wires pushed it back in place & put both screws back in done in 10-15 minutes ??

Removed the old seal and installed the new one very easy like it was described

My neighbor came over to replace the element. The procedure was simple. Following the instructions given online, he turned off power to the oven, removed the screws holding the element, replaced the element, turned power back on, and now my oven works perfectly.

Just slide the rack into the oven!

Watching the video showed an easy, unscrew and screw back on process while connecting the wires back. It was really that simple. Once it was complete (not even 10mins), plugged it back in, and its been working great since.

Really a no brainer, but I do have to say that PartSelect customer service is excellent. My part was located and on it's way within a day and arrived a couple of days later.

After trying to unscrew a plate on the side, I found that would NOT work at all, the side panel of the stove was behind it. I found a tab that cut-out on 3 sides just above the location of the recepticle, and simply bent that tab out, pulled out the old recepticle, slid in the new recipticle, and put in the screws and then bent back the ... Read more tab. It was sooo easy once I found that. I repeated in on the other side.

Took 3 panels off to get to the electric block. Replaced electrical block and put it back together. Still no change.

Easy as 1-2-3

I actually had to buy two parts, the cover and the control panel. But unfortunately I could not get them from the same place. But I replaced the control panel and the cover in about 15 minutes. No issues. Everytihg lokks brand new and works like a new stove. So I am very pleased.

Removed 2 screws holding old temperature sensor inside the oven and gently pulled out the wire till the connector came through the hole. Disconnected old probe and attached new one. Fished the wire back in the hole and replaced the two screws. Then followed the operating instructions for calibrating the oven. Ended up setting it +5 deg ... Read more rees. So far, works great.
