DB3710DB Samsung Dishwasher - Instructions

Finally had to remove front foot panel and laminated top. Removed screws on back and one side to get to open cabinet to insert hose properly.

the small plastic part that turns the dishwasher off and on when the door is shut was worn out. It was really easy to change out. I unplugged the power cord and removed the black and white wires. Put in the new switch and it was ready.

After prying open the door i removed the inner skin cover which did provide me access to the latch assy,2 additional screws and it was fixed.

This appears to be a problem with this apliance since it has done this before while under warranty

Pried door open. First ordered the wrong part...latch assembly with no handle. Reordered proper part and installed it in no time. Ordered regular shipping (cheapest) and in both instances parts were there in two days via Fed Ex. Very quick getting the parts to me.

I watched the video repair program and it was just that simple. What was the most amazing is from the time we called in the order until we got the parts and made the installation was less than 72 hours. We simply cannot believe how easy this was. Thanks ever so much!!!!

Removed the screws that attach the inside of the door, keeping them in order. Two are longer. The part is loose at that point and the wires un clip with a little pull with a needle nose. Replaced with the new part, re screwed and good as new. oh and turned off the breaker before disassembly.

Calcium build up from our hard water had plugged varous parts of the dishwasher. Dismantling all the parts for cleaning had resulted in my braking the retaining tabs on the upper sprayer arm, that snaps into a plastic clip that attaches to a flat water distribution tube running from the base of the dishwasher up the back and then over the ... Make sure your get good visualizaton of how to remove the various plastic pieces from the metal or plastic clips that secure them to the inner wall of the dishwasher. Don't do the work only by feel; as I tried to do. Positioning your body to get a good look is, at best, awkward

removed all the torx screws that hold the inside panel to the door. there are two latches available. I ordered the wrong one at first. Got the correct one in just two days. Was able to return to wrong one for credit.
Great service. Glad I didn't call a repairman.

I removed the screws on the interior door cover plate, pulled the cover plate back which exposes the latch switch. I then pulled the two electric connectors off the switch, swapped out new switch, reconnected electric and put the screws back in. Simple repair which took not more than 15 minutes and solved the problem.

This was the easiest repair I have ever done! Ordered in a few mins, and received the very next day. Opened the box and installed the two wheels - Done. That was Easy! Thank you so much for such quick service! Most definitely will use your company again in the future.

I'm so happy I ordered these wheels, with them it's running
like new. Without the wheels it was making grinding sounds when it ran. You just push them onto the rack spokes and snap them in place. EASY!

Matching the part I had in my hand with the picture online was a cinch. Rec'd the latch in a few days, and installed it in minutes. Why did I wait so long to look it up and order? At least the kids think I'm a hero for fixing the dishwasher!

Popped the wheels on just like the ones that were still there and it was good to roll. Nice!
