I followed the instructions on the video presentation, stopping the video each time until I had completed the described step. Only one minor change from the video...my refrigerator door (stainless steel) does not have the plastic edging around the control panel as shown in the video. Followed the video directions. Spent about 5 minutes and I was done. Very easy to do. Problem with frost is gone. The video makes it easy to remove the plastic parts without any damage.

Followed the online video exactly and it was easily done. Couldn't have been better. The problem is solved.

Remove ice maker bucket. Unscrew single screw in center of shield, take out shield. Insert new shield, making sure the 2 tabs on the shield are slid into mount from the left, center the shield so center tab is aligned with screw hole, Tighten screw, replace ice bucket. SUGGESTION: This would be a good time to replace light bulb!

Ordered the grill and popped it in. This is the second part I have ordered from Parts Select. I previously ordered something for my microwave and the parts came very quickly too. I would highly recommend them.

The Ice flapper was warped therefore, it was not closing well. Because of this, the ice dispenser got air in it and the ice cubes would deice causing to make a chunk of ice inside.I went on line, order the part ($5.75 + tax= $12.00) checked Part Select video and did it myself. I watched the how to video and followed the instructions. The entire repair took less than 4 minutes. Hardest thing was disconnecting the control panel.

I followed the instructions on the youtube video on the company web page. I removed the cover by hand, removed the exisitng flapper door and install the new door, easy as pie.

Very Easy, follow direction I the video.

I had read from your sight, to simply cut the lines at the reservoir and tape the new lines to the old. Then use the old lines to pull/feed the new lines to the coupler/valve. This worked great and greatly decreased the time it took to install. I spent more time moving out the frig and cleaning up all the dust (probably should do that ... Read more more often)

Had to take front panel off dispenser area. Then remove components and install new part. That was easy part. Problem was getting components back into front of freezer. Seemed like something was blocking it from going all the way in. Had to remove small amount of insulation and "jiggle" components and eventually fell into place.

The solenoid in the dispenser was overheated due to the control board failure. After I rerplaced the board I found the heat had distorted the plastic crank and jammed the solenoid action. The plastic crank was easy to replace. Now after expending approx. $75 everything works normally!

I followed the video instructions (very helpful) and used others comments for removing the control panel. For the latter I used a small allen wrench to carefully wedge the bottom two indents (look from below panel edge) slightly up and forward to release the panel. I then had full access to the flapper and removed this carefully with the pliers so as not to damage the piece it was attached to (Dispenser Door Recess Crank?). The rubber outer flange on the otherwise plastic flapper was very irregular for approx. 1/4 of the circumference and thus did not seal. So far it's been one week and no more frost build up or frozen water dispenser line.

Since my refrig is 18 yrs. old and I never had to replace it, took a little long to remove trim piece on the outside. After that repair went smoothly. I still have problem with water collecting inside on the bottom of the freezer, might have a leak somewhere. Ice maker is functioning correctly.
