I turned the power off at the circuit breaker. I then took the access panel off the dishwasher at the bottom. I pulled the wire off the connector. found spray arm on the rack looked at the top of rack saw a nut screw the nut looked at the clip found the ears broke off easy r&r.

Very, very easy. Pop off the old wheels and snap the new ones into place on the rack.

Simple repair.

Slid dishwater out from cabinet, replace cable, slid unit back in , secure ---done! door has tension now.

Replace the latch. Got to cut off old latch, trim wires, install latch, and put on the dishwasher door cover back on with screws

Removed 6 screws from door front panel. Removed two wiring connectors and screws fromdoor latch Replaced and all is great

Takes longer to open the machine and remove the lower basket than to do repair.

Snap arm and support together, align and twist in machine to lock in place.

Save yourself some time and buy the support. High risk it can be broken while being removed from the arm. I am glad I purchased a new one and didn't take the ... Read more risk.

Removed screws for door panel, then literally 2 screws to change out the latch!!

Removed all sealer and install new one as instructed.

Disconnected power, water, and drain tube from dishwasher. Pulled dishwasher out and laid it on right side. It was not necessary to remove the pump motor. The replacement hose was not as long and the original and therefore did not fit into the track made for the original one. Though it was long enough to work, an additional 4 inches would have been an exact fit.

All in all, I could have picked up 3 feet of rubber hose from an auto parts or hardware store cheaper and done the job just as well, if not better.

After getting a totally incorrect length of hose from partselect.com . Went to local hardware store and bought hose for $3.00 vs $20.99 + $10 shipping!
Partselect sent replacement hose of 24 1/4” vs the original hose of 27”. Good luck getting any response from them once they have your money!
