The installation kit contains the hardware you need to install the room air conditioner in a window. The kit also includes the accordion filler panels, installation brackets and seal.

This is a rotary switch for your air conditioner. It will allow you to select the different control options, such as the fan and cooling modes. This process happens by the switch sending voltage to the unit. If your switch is broken the air conditioner will not start.
