Templates provide in kit superseded those with microwave for mounting. This was somewhat easier than other options because we do not have a n exterior vent hookup. The template for the holes in the above cabinet needs to be positioned perfectly to make sure you drill the hole in EXACTLY the right place. Otherwise, this was straightforward

Unplugged stove.
Pulled stove out.
Unscrewed screws and removed cover.
Removed & replaced sensor.
Reinstalled cover & screws.
Plugged in stove and pushed back in.
Only problem was when I pulled stove out, lid opened and disconnected the gas line to a burner.

The side trim on the glass door needed to be replaced.

After we put the latch pins in, the door was easily lifted off. We placed the door on the table and unscrewed the trim pieces. The new trim pieces went into place after we cleaned the door. We slipped the door back on the oven and removed the hinge pins.

Terminal block arc'ed because a wire had become loose.

Ordered and received the terminal block. Installed it along with a new 220V power cord and the appropriate insulator . Ensured the terminals were tight with a nut driver. Reinstalled cover. The hardest part was taking out original light bulb because screws on shield where hard to unscrew after all this years . The old bulb vent out leaving neck in socket. It took narrow electrical pliers to get neck out .The generic appliance bulb did not fit and had aluminum neck ,not recommended for brass sockets in ovens.Putting new ligh

I used the allen wrenches to block the hinges, removed the oven door and used the kitchen counter for a work station. I removed the trim piece at the bottom which released the side trim and oven glass front, and then reversed the procedure. It took more time to clean things than to do the exchange.
