ACG150NLD1 Frigidaire Refrigerator - Instructions

The new parts just popped right into the holes and the door now has two shelves again.

Ordered the parts from the product discription (photo) as well as chart showing actual size. Got the parts( in two separate shipments) cut the bar to length and snapped them inot place. Bingo!

It snapped in place.

We just put the new end parts into the door and then placed the bar inside the caps. We had contacted our appliance dealer at least three times to get parts for us but to no avail. A friend told me about your website and the rest was history ----- and easy. Thank you.

The repair was very easy. I had to squeeze the ends of the door shelf in a bit with pliers since the shape of the new end caps was slightly smaller than the shelf bar. BUT - here is the most important part. I had gone to a parts replacement store where I was quoted the price of $18.00 EACH for the end caps. Yes, $18.00 each!! With Part ... inserted shelf caps into rack strip then into openings and hit them with my fist (gently) till they 'seated' and locked

I am a 65 year old woman with no mechanical aptitude: I just unplugged the frig. And used a screw driver to pry of the plastic socket from its outside edge. . Then you just unplug two tiny contact plugs that appear when you pull out the socket and replug in those two the same way on the new part. Pop the socket back into the hole . . ... Read more . . And screw in the new bulb. I knew I needed the socket part cause when the bulb burned out , a new bulb still did not work. . . If I can do it, anyone can!

The old drain pan had a 1 ½” tall bushing attached to the center of the pan. The new pan did not have this bushing which was great. I had to cut about 1 inch off the bushing to remove the old pan. Also after cutting the bushing I had to screw the bushing off after cutting the old pan from the bushing. I installed new pan onto the ½” of ... the first thing was just trying to find parts for a very old product. i searched around till i somehow came across the part select website. and, eureka they had the gaskets ! then, i had a need for door shelf caps. and again, there they were on the exploded schematic ! with the purchase of these plus parts for the door, washers and ce ... Read more nter and lower hinge pins, i was able to renew our refrig and save a lot of money. removing both doors was very easy and all was done with a minimal amount of manual labor. now the doors are tight and closely evenly.

Previously I glued them on with epoxy and Taped them. Often redoing. So I needed to clean the surface with goo gone. And to clean out the slots I used a utility knife.
