Bowls were 14+ years old and needed replacement
4 of 8 people found this instruction helpful.
  • Ken from Dacula, GA
  • Really Easy
  • Less than 15 mins
Very easy once I got the right parts - when I ordered I didn't realize that the center holes were what determined whether I needed "small" or "medium/large"...I was going by the exterior dimensions I returned 3 of the 4 I ordered and re-ordered the right size. My wife ended up replacing the rest of them herself after watching me do the one that did fit. Looks like a new stove!

gas igniter not working

  • Larry from Bakersfield, CA
  • Really Easy
  • Less than 15 mins
  • Pliers
Remove burner, replaced gasket and spark igniter. On bottom of grill replaced missing rubber foot protectors. Initially I thought I would have to splice into the igniter wire however, after watching the video on repair, I discover all I had to do was carefully pull the wire out of the igniter from the bottom and push the wire into the b ottom of the new igniter, then replace the burner into position and tighten the trox screws. It was a simple repair and everything is working fine.

  • Kenneth from Brooklyn, NY
  • Easy
  • 30 - 60 mins

The top is all glass so I took my time. There was about 12 screws and double sided tape. A lock washer holding the igniter on. It also gave me a chance to clean the hard to get to places. Your price was almost half of what a suppier here and getting it would have been 2 weeks compared to your 48 hours to my door. Thanks again
