This is a genuine manufacturer-sourced replacement throttle cable is specially designed for use with Shindaiwa handheld string trimmers. The throttle cable is connected to the carburetor and it stops the engine when you shift the lever to the full choke position. It is a high-quality rubber insulated metal cable which is sold individually, please note the housing, the trigger and the hardware are all sold separately.

This air filter assembly is an OEM direct from Shindaiwa. This metal and plastic component is compatible with many lawn and garden tools. The air filter assembly is secured to the carburetor, capturing impurities. The air filter assembly is sold individually. A screwdriver and a hex key are helpful in making the repair. A cardboard composite gasket is also included.

The metering diaphragm fits between the metering diaphragm gasket and the air purge body assembly. This part is available individually and is made of a thin material that can break easily.
