The Model number could no longer be read clearly on the stove electric grill with a down draft vent system, so all I had was the size and looks of the old grease/air filter. Read more y to find exactly what I needed. The grease filter fit perfectly in no time. I have successfully used my cooking grill again.

Simply pulled the old ones off and pressed on the new control knobs. It took less than 10 minutes, saved us from replazcing an otherwise nice looking range top, and made a big deposit in my "Honey do" account. The 15-year-old Jen-Air stove started smelling really bad. I thought it was a dead animal stuck in the exhaust tube which runs under the floor to the outside. I flushed it out with clorine bleach, but it was still bad. It turned out to the be the grease filter. I washed it every week in the diswasher, but it just was not enough to get ... Read more it clean enough. Finally, the grease went rancid and smelled really bad. This "repair" took about 30 seconds.

:-) - Just removed the old one and replace with the new one. Nothing to it. Takes 30 seconds.

Pulled off old knob, then pressed on the new one.
It was very easy, and the part was the correct one.

I also sprayed them 3-times with a clear coat before installing. The clear coat I purchased at WalMart once I noticed it claimed to be safe for plastic. Avoid a clear lacquer based product.

It is so easy. Once I found the right size of filter from the website, I ordered it right away. It came in 3 days and I just need to take out the old one and insert the new one. No instruction is necessary. By the way, the price of the filter is one third of that from Jenn-air.

I had tried several other "universal" brands from the home improvement center but nothing worked with my Jen-Aire. I finally ordered from PartSelect and they fit perfectly! My range-top looks brand new and finding and ordering the correct parts was amazingly easy. Thanks!

We cleaned the rod on the stove and pushed the new knobs into place. This Jenn Air range was made in 1980. Nice to know Jenn Air is still making parts for their ranges. We also ordered new coil elements which fit perfectly size 6 inch and 8 inch.

Just slid off the old burner knobs, and pushed on the new ones. The most difficult part of the whole thing was just being sure that I ordered the correct knobs that used a D fitting. I ordered some a year ago that weren't the correct fitting.

removed motor, saw that stablizers were broke and went to a local parts supply shop called SUNDBERG and was given a price of about 49.00 for three stablizers. at that point i went to the internet and found PARTSELECT.COM were i found the same parts for a fraction of the price,17.00, i could not believe it! 1. Remove the exhaust vent cover, located in the center of the top of the range. It just lifts off.
2. Swivel the clamp 90 degrees to release the filter.
3. Remove the filter and throw it away
4. Place new filter in place and lock in place by rotating the swivel clamp back 90 degress.
5. Replace the exhaust vent cover

Knobs sent fit the shafts, but due to molded internal stop wouldn't seat. Had to drill out the stop, and also file down the shafts a bit for knobs to seat acceptably closer to stove-top.

Pulled old knobs off, pressed new ones on. Probably well under a minute for 6 knobs. Anyone with the IQ of a horseradish could have done it. But what was really great was the help and personality of the agent at the other end of the phone. Shipping was as promised, and the entire experience was delightful!
