Could not read numbers on the knobs
  • Bill from ROCKLEDGE, FL
  • Really Easy
  • Less than 15 mins
Simply pull off the old ones and replace with the new ones. Problem was finding the correct knobs with the double "s" shaft fitting. The item number indicated by the model number was incorrect. I saw a kit with four knobs on your web site and ordered the kit and not the recommended item. Turned out to be the right move and the knobs fir ju st fine.

The original filter was decomposing each time I washed it
  • Sharon from Kenai, AK
  • Really Easy
  • Less than 15 mins
I removed the protective grid over the filter and fan, turned the clip that held the filter in place and removed it. I placed the new intact filter for my antiquated Jenn-aire in its place, replaced the protective grid, and am happily continuing to cook on my functional cook top.Thank you.
