Printed the expolded diagram for the upper rack asembly when I ordered the part and retained to use as a reference for replacing the rack adjuster. Part arrived within three days or ordering. Used screwdriver to remove clips holding broken adjuster in place and referenced the diagram to attach the new adjuster to the rack. From start to finish was no more than 10 minutes.

pop off old wheel attachment. There were three snap pieces holding it on. Then snap back on. Really easy to see how it is secured

Just used a screwdriver to pry off the fastening clips -- removed adjuster from main assy and install new one, then installed clips back on. Very easy project

Remove the top rack. Simply pry the three retainers loose,replace adjuster and retainers. Slide top rack into place. Incredible service. Ordered part Thursday morning& it arrived before noon the next day.

Ordered replacement adjuster, removed the old one, and installed the new one. Just have to be sure to re-attach new one in the same place as the old one. Very simple repair.

Used screw driver to remove brackets on the adjuster. installed new part by snapping back into place. Great customer service from PartSelect. Ordered part on Monday morning and received it after lunch next day.

Unsnapped both racks and replaced with both sides.

There were 3 clamps that secure the rack adjuster to the rack. I only had to replace one side so I had the opposite side in tact to view the location of the clamps. All 3 clamps snapped in place. It was a very easy fix. 5 minutes.

I had to figure it out. No instructions are given with parts.

All parts just snap off and on. Just have to make sure parts are installed as taken off. You have to study where and how parts are removed and install the same way.

The adjuster assembly had to be removed first and then all we did was fit the adjuster back in between the wire rack and we were back in business. It would have been a 150.00 service call without the cost of the part. Thanks for making this part available. It was shipped to our house in one day. That in itself makes life less stressful. We love your efficiency in getting things out fast.

Took out the rack adjuster (which contains the retaining clip for the roller) and replaced with the new rack adjuster. No tools required. Everything snaps in and out. Ten minutes. You can't rush though because its all plastic and can break.

Really was repair. Pulled rack out of glides unclipped the broken rack adjustor, clipped in new one, using opposite side as a guide for the clips

The wheels of what I learned was called the "Rack Adjuster" on both the left and right of the upper dish racks had broken. (Footnote: the support axles for the wheels are weak and broke off on both sides - a design flaw in my opinion.) I had to remove the upper rack. My choices were to call a repairman for a minimum charge of $65 plus parts, buy a new dishwasher, fix it myself, or wash dishes with only the bottom rack. An Internet service led me to PartsSelect.com. I found the parts easily and read the reviews. After ordering, they came within a few days. There weren't any extensive instructions, but after looking at the broken rack supports and how they were attached to the upper rack, I figured out how to loosen the snap-in part supports using a screw driver to gently unsnap the parts where they attached onto the rack. The first side took about 10 minutes to figure out and remove the old part. Fifteen minutes later I had both sides replaced, had intalled the upper rack into the dishwasher, and was ready to wash dishes. Total cost was less than the "show up" price for a local repairman. I am a happy camper!

This was a very simple repair. It took about 20 minutes only because my kids were interested and wanted to help. The parts arrived in one day! PartSelect was great and I will definitely use them again. 5 star service!
