I followed exactly the video instructions on your web site. They are perfect and simple.

Everything went according to plans and as expected. It could not have gone any easier. Customer service was outstanding! I will certainly use your service again.

By removing the old water filter and installing the new one

I replaced the filter. However the ice cubes are very small and are being caught in the tines. Hopefully, once the filter gets more water through it, the ice cubes will be bigger. This is what happened the last time I replaced the filter.

Popped the old water filter out and popped the new one in, just as easy as that!!

Turned off water to refrigerator and unscrewed canister, removed filter reinstalled canister and ran water thru to get all sludge from line. Turn water back off. Remove canister and install filter reinstalled canister, turned water back on. Run water thru line. Job complete. No problems.

My daughter ordered and replaced the part very easily.

I turned the water supply off and installed the new filter, which was easy. the hard part was finding the water filter at my local home improvement stores; they don't carry it. In the future I will use only Part Select.

Opened the refrigerator door, pulled down the filter cover, twisted the old one out and removed it. Placed the new one in - twisted it into place, replaced the cover and closed the door. It is working great!!

Take filter out of the box and open the refrigerator. Open the housing in the frig that holds the filter and twist the light-blue piece 1/4 turn, counter-clockwise. removed the old filter. unwrapped the new one. peeled off the protective foil. inserted new filter as directed. placed old filter in sink to drain. ran "water" from dispenser to purge air from line. Shazam!
