362726 Kenmore Range - Instructions

Unbolted the old parts, cleaned the stove, and bolted the new parts on. Looks just like brand new!! The parts were perfect, easy to find, inexpensive, and delivered quickly!

The Process: remove old ones replace with new ones.
I am very satisfied with my experience with PartSelect.

Turned the wire protector to the side. Turned out the old bulb and replaced it with the new. Turned the wire protector back in place and I'm like new.

Removed burner and replaced

The parts were easy to locate on the website, reasonably priced, and arrived in two days. The installation was simple and the parts fit exactly as they should.

The only tool needed was a nutdriver to remove the lamp socket. I needed my head mounted light to see what I was doing, and everything went smoothly from there. Simple job.

I opened cook top without disassemble cook top and broke the left front tube.
After I received left front tube and disassemble cook top to install and found right front tube also not good condition.
I ordered right front tube and installed both tube. I recommend order both front tubes to save shipping.

unscrew desconect power and replace it

Removed grill grates, gas distributors, etc. (just lift off). Used star screwdriver to remove screws (3 per burner for SML, 2 for power burner). Lift off stainless cover, which also lifts off the white sparkers I was replacing. Pull them off the wires (didn't need pliers, others said they did). Replace (make sure it is all the way on) and ... Read more reverse your steps. White sparkers electrodes seemed loose when I put them back on, but tightened up when I fully secured the top back on. Make sure the wires aren't pinched underneath when you put the top back on. Recommended: If you've got one that isn't working, go ahead and replace all 3 (power burner is different) because the part is so cheap you may as well just do it now.

I removed the bottom drawer, oven racks and bottom cover inside over, removed the screw at the front end of the burner. Unplugged the wire connector for the igniter. Removed the two retaining screws from the burner tube, removed from oven. Removed mounting screws from igniter to use on the new tube and igniter. Wire terminal did not match ... Read more . Cut wire connector from old igniter, cut wire connector from new igniter. install old connector on new igniter with wire nuts.Install burner tube in oven. Connect igniter connector together. Reinstall over cover and racks. install bottom drawer. Turn on oven. Yah. It works. Their was a hold burned in the old burner tube causing the popping noise and finely not operating. Good to go. I removed the two nuts that secure the rear orifice tubes. This allowed me to lift the range top to access the broken tubes. Once lifted I removed the nuts that held the broken orifice tubes. I then connected the new orifice tubes. I removed the three(star)screws that fasten the orifice brackets under the range top. Doing this allowed me ... Read more to connect the new tubes without having to maneuver them at all. I then lowered the top just enough to reattach the brackets. After securing the rear tubes I snapped the range top back into place. Just remember, if you use propane for cooking then you must remove the brass orifices from the old tubes and place them in the new ones. If you don't do this then your flame will not burn properly. Simply unscrew them from the old tubing and put them in the new tubing.

Replaced the burner and igniter after watching the repair video provided by Partselect. I was pleasantly surprised when the parts came the very next day. It was so easy and the igniter plug matched perfect. My wife wanted to hire a repair man but I did the repair and saved a bundle on the labor. I couldn't be happier about my purchase.

Remove bottom drawer,open oven door,take oven racks out,use flat tip screwdriver to remove two screws in back of oven. Another great thing, we got that part the very next day. I returned the wrong part that same day. We then had our son install it and now we have a very nice working oven. Though out this very long ordeal, we talked to the applicance service people and got the same answer. The part has been ordered and it should be here next week. When we found your web site and called for the part, I called the appliance service and told them we had ordered the part ourselves and I would be happy to give her this information. THE VERY NEXT DAY she called us to tell us the part had fially arrived and they could come out the next day. Told them sorry but it as already taken care of.
