connector was broken. just attached new connector to spring on each side of door. easy fix.

same as in the video , but the double red wire is on the wrong terminal you have to break the plastic housing on the dishwasher and put it on the first one next to the white wire .if you hook it up the way it is the dishwasher wont work and when you open the door the dishwasher turns on . watch the video real close when it gets to the wir ... I went to Youtube to get an idea of how to approach the repair. First turn off the electric power to the dishwasher. Then turn off the water valve that's connected to the dishwasher. Then disconnect both electrical and water lines connected to the dishwasher. Then remove the dishwasher from under the counter. Then place the dishwaher upsi ... Read more de down. Remove the old hose,and install the new hose. Place the dishwasher right side up, and reconnect the water line, and electric line. Place the dishwasher back in place, and you're done.

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the old one off, but the new one snapped on very easily and it’s worked really good since

Replaced it . Simple

These were a simple snap on item. It took longer to carry the parts from the porch that to install. Recently purchased house. Rollers were missing due to overload?? Removed the remaining roller pieces. Cleaned and straightened the axle shafts, spray lubed the tray and snapped the new pieces in place.

Crazy as it seems, the bottom spray bar was spraying water down thus pushing more water under the door. The spray bar top half separated from the bottom half and the gap was spray water down instead of through all holes like designed. Do this before repairing anything!!!

Was not able to see where the Stopper, Rollers ( Part # PS3523062) could be attached to the back of the bottom tray, to fix the problem. So the parts were useless.

I disconnected the power cord and the drain hose, with a nut driver, under the sink. I removed the bottom plate that covers the water connection under the dishwasher. With the water turned off I used an adjustable wrench to disconnect the water line. I open the door and disconnected the brackets under the counter top, with a phillips scre ... Read more wdriver, that hold the dishwasher in place. I pulled the dish washer out of its enclosure far enough to fully access the spring loaded mechanism to replace the "connector assembly". Then I put it all back where it belonged.. Go slowly and have patience.

Pried old rollers with screwdriver. pushed (or 'pliered' new rollers, after straightening gudie pins, if necessary. One new roller broke a minute after installation, but I ordered extras because 6 odl rollers had alread broken), so we're OK for another year or so...

Be sure to order extra rolled with axles. The clips the snap on to the top rack are delicate and I broke two of them putting them in place. Be sure to snug them on slowly and carefully, it seems that the soap scum buildup on the rack creates additional friction. Undo screws holding dishwasher in place, two screw just inside door one each side, should be covered with plastic cap.
