2 removed the cover panel be removing 4 Phillips head screws
3 unplugged the on off switch attached to the cover panel
4 removed the two 1/4 in nut head screws holding the ice maker
5 removed the ice maker and disconnected the power at the join
6 performed the above steps in reverse

Unplugged ice maker from power source. Removed water reservoir using wing nut driver. Removed pump cover using nut driver. Removed water hose from pump discharge. Removed wiring harness from pump. Removed small water fill hose from pump bracket. Removed 3 screws holding pump assembly using nut driver. Replaced pump in reverse order. Plugg ... First I unplugged the unit, then I popped off the cover to the icemaker electronics. Removed 4 screws, pulled out the broken electronic panel, and replaced with the new one. Returned the screws and cover. The next moring the ice bin was full.

This is in a rental house; Refrigerator/freezer has been off for a few weeks so just opened the freezer door and used screwdriver to pry out one corner then pliers to grab and pull old gasket (seal) off. Had the new one laid out overnight to relax it; placed one corner on and then the opposite corner then repeated the other two corners. ... Read more Positioned the keeper edge plastic all of the way around to place the gasket in the door. Closed the door to check the seal and plugged unit back in. Waited and then checked air temp with hand held IR temp gauge. All checked good, no cold spots anywhere. Piece of cake!

My icemaker is on the freezer door. Open the freezer door and remove the ice bucket and turn ice maker swith off. There is a plastic cover you need to remove just 4 screws then work cover a little and it will pull out. You need to disconnect the wire connector for the on/off switch for icemaker. set cover aside. There is a small wire cable on top of ice tray it just pops off tray and stays there. Under ice tray remove 2 screws and lift up and out to remove tray. to install new tray align clips on top and screw holes on bottom and reattache 2 screws. Now refit the small wire cable on top to new tray and also reconnect the wire connector on the right. To reinstall cover reconnect the on/off wire connector and push cover back on. Make sure cover is on the inside of door seal. Reinstall the 4 screws turn the on/ff switch to on rinstall the ice bucket and close the door your done.

Removed 3 screws on the bottom of old ice maker in the fridge, slid out old ice maker, disconnected electrical cable,took out old ice maker. Take the plastic tray from bottom of old ice maker install on new ice maker, reconnect cable, slid in place, replace the three screws. This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

I replaced the motor and installed the screws. On a do-over I would install onew screw in each hole at least halfway to get the threads started/ threaded. After that the connector slipped in and I spun the blade to check for interference. The blades can be slightly bent, but use of nut tension can also slightly adjust fan alignment as it's tight to the housing.

My husband took the old motor out by taking the screws out. Then, he unplugged the fan. We searched your site for the part. With the pictures on the site, we were able to match the motor exactly. I replaced the bin ice sensor with the new one from partselect.

First removed one screw from the bottom right bottom side of the unit. Removed the door from the front of the unit. Pushed up the locking tab on the left underside of the unit and pulled the unit partway out. Removed the remaining three screws from the bottom of the unit and installed on the bottom of the new unit. I then slid the new unit partially in and connected the wiring harness and slid the rest of the way in guiding the water line into thepocket which was taller than the origional unit. Reinstalled the wire protective cover with one screw and the front cover back on the new unit. Done and is working great.

Turned off power. Placed all frozen food in insulated containers. Removed all interior door parts to access ice maker, then removed the old ice maker. Dried everything with heat gun to make sure there were no ice obstructions. Installed new ice maker, interior door cover and ice bin. Turned on power, replaced food items shortly thereafter ...
