Convection oven fans were noisy.
This oven has two fans that counter rotate. One spins clockwise, the other counterclockwise. Because of this, the motors and the fan blades are different. The schematic shows the counter clockwise rotating fan with a right hand threaded shaft/nut on the bottom and the clockwise motor and fan with the left hand nut on the top. My range had the motors in the exact opposite orientation, but the fan blades on the motors as shown on the schematic. The incorrect assembly at the factory (I bought new in the box, so I know this is the first repair) meant that nether fan blade was turning the correct direction. So do yourself a favor, be sure you’re buying the right motor (clockwise or counterclockwise) and be sure you put the right fan blade on the right motor. The Samsung motor ending in F is the counterclockwise motor that has the right hand threaded shaft the clockwise motor with the left hand threaded shaft ends in E.

Samsung Range Convection Fan Motor - Lower
PartSelect Number PS11735747
Manufacturer Part Number DG31-00005C
This genuine OEM left-threaded convection fan motor is responsible for spinning the fan blade, ensuring even circulation of hot air within your oven for consistent cooking. It is typically located behind a removable cover at the back of the oven. Signs of a faulty motor include rattling, squealing, or slow and irregular fan rotation. Neglecting to replace the motor can result in uneven browning or undercooked portions in your food. To remove the motor, you will need a screwdriver and a socket set. Consult your user guide for instructions on accessing the back panel of your oven. Remove the mounting screws and the fan cover, then the nut securing the fan. Slide out the fan and motor assembly from your oven. Remember, the motor is sold separately from the fan, so consider this when purchasing a replacement.

TURN THE POWER OFF
Following the door removal instructions in the Owners Manual, remove both upper and lower doors. Remove the screws that go into the cabinet on the sides, I believe there are (6). The bottom vent cover is also attached with the bottom screws, so you can remove that and set it aside.
Get some help to assist you with moving the stove out of the wall cavity, it's not heavy, but awkward. I used a small furniture cart, and the second time I used blocking on the cart to raise it to just below the oven and was able to easily slide out/in.
Rotate the oven so you can visualize the back. There are two panels on the back to remove, Starting with the bottom one, remove the screws, (a couple in the middle too) and slide the panel up, (Tabs into a notch on the top of each side of the panel) The second panel comes off the same way, there may be some screws on the side and top you need to be aware of. Once you open the back, the fan that needs to be replaced should be identical. If you have already removed the guard and fan blade from the inside compartment, it should be a simple swap out.
Put it back together in reverse order, put power back on and check to see if it worked. If so, slide it back into the cabinet, be careful the flex conduit is aligned so it doesn't interfere. Second time around it only took me about an hour total and I didn't need assistance.

This OEM convection fan motor assembly is compatible with ovens and ranges and assists with heating the appliance by circulating the hot air required for cooking. It comes without any hardware or extra fan blades. If you hear a scraping or scratching noise coming from the convection fan within your range when cooking, or if the fan simply is not moving, the fan motor needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Failing to replace it will cause extended cooking times, inefficient heating, uneven browning of your food, and potential damage to other components. Electrical issues and gradual wear and tear are the most likely reasons why this motor fails or stops working, so to get the best performance, regular cleaning and maintenance are necessary. You can test this motor with a multimeter to check for continuity, in case this is a larger electrical issue within your appliance and not specific to the motor. To replace this motor, turn off your range and disconnect it from power. Pull your range out from the wall and use a screwdriver to remove screws from the back panel. The motor will likely be in the center of the rear panel and will only require you to disconnect it from its wire terminals and unscrew it from the panel while holding on to the fan within the oven with a wrench. Once the new motor is installed, it is important to assemble it with the same hardware as before and to connect the correct terminals with the correct wires.

Upper Oven convection Fan making bearing failure noises
First remove the internal fan guard, (two Philips Screws). Holding the fan blade and using a nut driver (10mm?) attempt to carefully remove the nut off of the shaft. If it loosens with a counterclockwise rotation, it is a Right Hand thread, Part#: PS11720788. If it loosens clockwise, it is Left Handed and is Part# PS11720787. When the correct fan arrives, check to make sure it matches, then continue with installation. TURN THE POWER OFF
