This is a genuine Husqvarna replacement part, it is sold individually. The Fuel Filter is inside of the fuel tank. Its purpose is to filter out dirt and other debris from contaminating the carburetor. It will at sometime become clogged and restrict the fuel getting to the carburetor,and will have to be replaced. This is an OEM filter that is white, roughly 2x3.5 inches in dimension, and can only be purchased individually. Made of foam, the air filter becomes clogged and worn over time, causing the engine to run rough from restricted air flow.
You can make this repair easily with no required tools by inserting the new filter inside the air cleaner housing of your engine.
