Repair was impossible to complete, since neither rack that was delivered matched the online picture, therefore were Not compatible with my need.
Bottom rack will not roll over the spray arm (pictured opening through the center is all enclosed on item sent) and top rack wheels do mot match the size of the wheel racks(too large), and r ... Read more ack is too tall.
When requesting a return label, I discovered that I was responsible for the cost of the return (nearly $100.00 shipping) for $300.00+ worth of items that cost the PartSelect only $9.95 to ship to me.
DO NOT order from this company unless you are sure of a perfect match, and read the fine print, they do not send return shipping labels, you are responsible for that cost.

Im not sure if you can answer this Question but here goes. I have the dishwasher that the bottom rack is still good but thru the years the original wheels have broken or melted from the heat. Now im only looking for the same wheels to replace but everywhere i look , I would have to buy the whole rack assembly top and bottom. I don't need them just the wheels. can you help?

Looking for a replacement rack wheel and a replacement door gasket/.
Hello Ken, thank you for contacting us. The door gasket, part number PS12365259, and the dish rack wheels are part of the dish rack and not separate parts. You may need to replace the entire lower rack, part number PS16227232. We hope this helps.
