Our oven suddenly will not come to temperature. Example - I set it to bake at 350. It shows it is preheating but stalls at 290 and remains there, still saying it is preheating. An oven thermometer placed in the middle of the oven reads 170. When trying to bake at 425 it preheated to 380 and remained there saying it was still preheating. I did not check the true internal temperature at that time. The broiler element seems to function fine when turned to broil - it becomes hot and red. Any suggestions as to what may be wrong and what parts may fix it is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi experts My oven always stay on broil even if I ask for bake. I runned the auto-test and I have a failure like this: Broil-K3 bad-replace control What do I do with this failure?

The board regulates the temperature of the heating elements on the cooktop, ensuring they operate at the selected heat setting. You may need to replace it to fix the issue.
