Glass plate arrived in less than two days. Placed the glass plate in Microwave and presto the microwave works like a charm.

submitted manufacturer info to website and voila! a new glass turntable arrived in 2 days. I don't do well with computers, my 23 yr. old daughter was impressed......couldn't be easier! thanx! will definitely revisit your site

All I had to do was open the microwave door and place the turntable on the designated grooves, wha lah it fit. I am now back in business. Thanks to partselect, I found my replacement, ordered and it was shipped in no time.

I followed the manufacturer's installation instructions. Everything worked perfectly.

Removed one screw lowered glass cover removed burned out bulb replaced with new one put glass back reinstalled screw. Dune 5 minutes back in business

This is an under the counter microwave. Simply removed the two screws holidng the vent grille on top of the unit, lift out the old charcoal filter, clean the vent fan exit surfaces then replace the filter and put the vent grille back. Just place the parts in the microwave and it worked.

I was sent the wrong fuse by you. I had to procure a fuse in another manner. Very disappointing. The repair was simple. It just took longer because of the failure to send the correct fuse.

took it to Buttermore appliance in Auburn Indiana and he changed the fan and added another fuse

Took the front off and behind a plate was the fuse, so I replaced it for what good that did!!!

I had to hammer out the broken star wrench tip then progressively drill the head off of the bolt. Once accomplished I could remove the door. I used a standard replacement screw I case I ever have to replace the door again. The manufacturer should use a fastener other than a star head bolt.

1. Safely unplug the dryer. 2. Unconnect the vent hose. 3. Pull it out so you can have room to move around to work on it. I actually in a power chair so I put an old blanket on the floor and laid it face down to work on it. It was extremely dirty so I used a shop vac to clean off the back panel before starting. 4. Properly a 1/2 to 1 inch of dust and lint was built up causing a dangerous fire situation for sure. Once clean, take a photos especially of where the electrical connection are. 5 Located and removed the two screws holding the element on, used a nut driver and long nose pliers to remove the heat sensor & electrical connections. 6. Dry fit the element before tightening screws to make sure placement is correct then match the holes replace the screws. 7. Using the photos put the heat sensor & electrial wires back on, you may need to use the pliers to push it on tight. Double check everything, clean back panel inside and out, match up holes replace screws, I actually checked my power cords screws for tightness then replaced cord cover. 8. Replace vent hose if needed or then reattach it and plug it up. You may need to check the dryer barrel by turning the drum around a few times. Should work perfect, you will smell the element a little but it should be ok. Remember clean your dryer inside and out every six months or so to prevent dryer fires.

Had to take all the screws out of the bottom of the microwave to get to the socket. Once that was done, it was a simple fix of taking out 2 screws that hold the socket in, and then unplugging it. Replug and put all screws back. It was a fairly simple fix for the diy homeowner.
