Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discol oring refer handles. Thank you

inner glass broken; fan not engaging
  • robynn from Newcastle, CA
  • Really Easy
  • 1- 2 hours
  • Pliers, Screw drivers
Door repair assembly was simple, did without any instructions or manuals. Fan assembly, the actual fan replacement was easy, it was the number of pieces of metal that needed to be removed i order to get the main rear panel off to access. Also had to remove panel from inside the oven; requires two people to loosen screws from inside whil e the other person holds the fan assembly from the rear side of the oven. Didn't have any instructions for this task either, figured it out anyway, just follow the layers.

Missing oven racks
  • Deb from Eastvale, CA
  • Really Easy
  • Less than 15 mins
We have double wall ovens and each one only had a single oven rack in it. After 3+ years, I was tired of dealing with the issue so I ordered two new racks from PartSelect. They came quickly and fit perfectly. All I had to do was open the box, remove the rack and slide it into the oven. No muss, no fuss. Why didn't I do this years ago ??

When removing the warming drawer I did not read the instructions and broke the slide for the drawer. I removed the drawer without pressing the tabs which broke the right slide.
  • Deborah from Ashburn, VA
  • Really Easy
  • 15 - 30 mins
  • Screw drivers
I removed the broken slide by removing 1 screw on the front slide and the back of the slide came out of the slot in the very back (no screws). I fitted the back of the slide into the slot and then replaced the screw on the front of slide. Extended the slides then I pressed the tabs on the drawer and replaced in onto the slides (left an d right) . Closed drawer and finished! Very easy!
