Adjusted clips inserted grill less then two minutes.It took me longer to unwrap the package then it took to install.Ordered part on line 10:45 am delivered 2:30 pm next afternoon.Less then 28 hours later. What service.

The grill-vent broke and the grease filters needed to be replaced.

I simply placed the grill-vent in hood area, pulled out the dirty grease filters and slid in the replacement ones.

Purchased new part online. Partselect parts list indicated 3 different part numbers with no other distinction. As a result, I accidentally ordered the wrong color. I had to mail the part back and reorder. Partselect should correct their parts lists to indicate the color of the part.

The nightmare was that this microwave is installed under the cabinet....in order to get to the light bulb I had to pull out my stove then squeeze into the space between the stove and counter....my old microwave light bult was much easier to change.....Shame on Whirlpool for making this so difficult.....must be a better way to cover the li

removed the holder screw and reshaped the holder and installed the vent grill to the microwave. The design appears to be a poor one which allows breakage.

The vent grille that sits above the microwave started coming off. Upon inspection, one of the clips had broken.

Clips were installed on vent cover already. Just line it up and pop it on! Part shipped the day after I ordered it (Thanksgiving day), and arrived on Saturday. Super fast service. Part was exactly as ordered.
