washer has removable agitator, it will not agitate

Are there sensors and/or a recirculating pump for this top load model?

Hello Brenda, Thank you for the question. The Washer does not have a recirculating pump, just the Drain Pump, PartSelect Number PS12731177. The only sensor listed is the Dispenser Level Sensor Switch, PartSelect Number PS12744658. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Hi Steve, thank you for the question. According to our research, F2E2 is an error which means that there is a communication error between the main control board and the touch interface control panel. We would recommend checking the wiring harness between the control board and the user interface. If this is not the issue, you may need to replace the user interface control board, part number PS16221058, to solve the problem. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Thank you for your question. The F6 E1 error code indicates that there may be an issue with the electronic control board, the control panel, or the wiring between the parts. Try resetting the washer by unplugging it from the electrical outlet for one minute. If the error code reappears once you have plugged the washer back in, check the wiring connections to both the control panel and the electronic control board for signs of damage, fraying, scorching or burn marks, and to make sure the wiring is fitted properly. If the connections are fine, the issue is likely the electronic control board and it will need to be replaced. The part number for the electronic control board is PS16543371. We hope this helps!
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
Super easy repair, simply turn the broken door strike counterclockwise to remove; insert the new door strike into the slots and turn clockwise to lock into place.
