Water leaks from freezer into the refrigerator
For model number WRT311SFYW00
Hello Angie, thank you for contacting us. Some common causes include a clogged defrost drain, a faulty defrost thermostat, or a damaged door gasket. The defrost drain may be clogged with food debris or ice, preventing the water from draining properly. The defrost thermostat, part number PS11754118, controls the defrost cycle, and if it is malfunctioning, it may cause the freezer to defrost too frequently or not at all, leading to a buildup of ice and water. A damaged door gasket, part number PS326950, can allow warm air to enter the freezer, causing the ice to melt and leak into the refrigerator. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!

I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
