Ice maker isn't refilling with water, but only works every other week. This last time it been over a week and it hasn't made any ice.

There are several reasons you may find your ice maker not working all of a sudden, including a blocked water dispenser, issues with your Water Supply Line PS11750829, or a clogged water filter. Or, if no water is getting released into the system, and the Water Inlet Valve PS11753250 can be responsible for that. We are pleased to have been able to help.
I thought I had a faulty ice auger motor so I replaced it and it’s still not working. Water works fine, ice makes fine, you just can’t get the ice out of the door. When you push the button with the glass for ice, you can see/hear the door open but the auger motor won’t spin to collect ice to fall into your glass
Hi Jason, thank you for contacting us. As you have already replaced the auger motor, we would suggest checking the dispenser control board, part number PS12578770. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Ice maker lever is stuck in up position.
How do I reset the ice maker? I dont see a reset button.
Hi Steven, thank you for contacting us. You need to unplug the refrigerator for 5 minutes. This will allow the ice system to reset. After 5 minutes, replug the refrigerator and turn the switch back on. This should cause the ice maker to start working again. If this method does not work, then try to pull the lever down manually. If this does not help as well, then we would recommend replacing the ice maker, part number PS11738120. We hope this solves your problem!
Hi Todd, thank you for reaching out. The most likely cause is a faulty thermistor, part number PS17916840. If the refrigerator temperature fluctuates from 41°F down to 30°F while set at 40°F, the thermistor may be sending inaccurate temperature readings to the control board, causing the cooling system to run longer than needed and overcool the refrigerator section. Replacing the thermistor should help restore proper temperature regulation. We hope this helps!

I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.

When the new one arrived, I reconnected the lead wires to it, snapped it back into its hole, screwed in a new lightbulb, and presto!! The light was back on with no further problem. Thank you, Partselect!! A $15.00 part saved me what probably would have been at least a $100. service call and heaven knows what the technician would have told me I needed!!!

I used a flat screwdriver and released the lock tab on the bottom of the light switch, and pried the switch out, being careful to not damage the plastic around the mounting place of the switch, unplugged wiring from old switch, plugged in the new one and pushed the new switch into place. Job finished light switch now working.
