Water dispenser works but ice maker does not.

Thank you for your question. If your ice maker is not making ice, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the water fill tubes, the water filter, the water inlet valve and the ice maker. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Which control board do I need to buy for this fridge

The plastic gasket/washer at the bottom of the refrigerator door cracked and there is a loud squeaking noise every time the door is opened. Can this part be ordered and replaced?

I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
The repair was actually easy; however I have an ice dispencer/crusher attached and the which the diagram supplied with the part did not include. I had to make several calls before I was e-mailed the diagram. Suggestions: note that the screw at the end of the auger goes in the reverse direction (this took me about 20 minutes to fi
... Read moregure out even though it was shown in the diagram). Also, be sure to keep the ice crusher parts in order and be sure the white plastic tab on the crusher fits into a depression in the housing. I did not notice this and had to take it all apart and redo the install. It works great!!!
