How do I remove the light bulb cover?
For model number WRS312SNHM03
Hello Maureen, thank you for the question. We looked into your model and found that there are four different sections where light bulbs are installed. To remove the light cover in the upper refrigerator compartment, remove the light cover from the light housing by sliding it towards the back of the refrigerator. To remove the lower light cover in the refrigerator compartment, pull the right end of the light shield from its wall slots after sliding the left end of the shield to the right. To remove the upper light cover in the freezer compartment, gently squeeze the front and the bottom-rear edges of the light shield to release the tabs from the wall slots; then pull the light shield forward. To remove the lower light cover in the freezer compartment, pull the left end of the light shield from its wall slots after sliding the right end of the shield to the left. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!

I just got this side by side refrigerator after waiting for a month. I am not able to register it as the model and serial numbers are not on your record. I need to order an extra glass self. Can you give me a part number, and how do I go about ordering a new self.

Lights inside refrigerator not working
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.

The light switch on the refridgerator broke - no light.
Once I saw the replacement part I understood how to pry out the switch with a small screwdriver. Then just unplug the old one, plug in the new one and pop it into place.
