In the crisper drawer, items are freezing on the right side.

We have researched the model number you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the air damper assembly, the damper cover insert, the thermistor, the condenser fan motor, the evaporator fan and the door gasket. Check the gasket for any visible damage and use a plastic card to check for any gaps, and check the insert for any visible damage. You can test the other parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. The pantry door can’t stay in place as the one of the connectors is broken off …can it be replaced
