What is the problem with the washer when the add garment and door lock lights are on.

Does this washer have a drain filter? That needs to be cleaned or replaced. not the supply lines. The drum filter drain.

What might cause the washer water levels to rise to high?

Washer will not pick up fabric soften and the dispensor is often left full of water, what is causing this?
Hi Ralph, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend making sure that the siphon hole for the bleach in the dispenser is not clogged with residue. If that hole is clogged, the bleach will not dispense properly. Also, make sure that you are using the right type of bleach. If that does not solve the issue, then you may need to check the detergent drawer, part number PS11746272. Make sure that the spout for the bleach is clear of obstruction, and if the drawer is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this helps!

Removed the front panel unplugged The washer drained water out, lift the washer up to un screw the drain pump. Then unhooked the hoses from pump put the other pump in.

This model is a front-loading washer. The spring loaded retainer for the front of the boot must be removed, then the boot can moved to the side exposing the module. Remove the two screws holding the model, pull the model out, remove the three electrical plugs, then reverse this procedure to install new module.
