Our Whirlpool is not even 18 mos. Old and stopped working. It will start the cycle, fill the tub with water, then just stall. The lights stay on, but nothing happens. There's no blockage with the drain hose, because it drains fine. Thanks in advance!

Hello Jon, thank you for your question. There are a few parts we would reocmmend testing first to determine if they have failed. They are the PartSelect Number PS11743423 Thermostat, PartSelect Number PS8260087 heating element, PartSelect Number: PS11770231 pump and motor and the sensor PartSelect Number PS12070543. If those parts are tested and are fine, the issue would most likely be with the electronic board. I hope this helps.

Hello Susan, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the heating element, the high limit thermostat, and the door vent. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Also if you don't already use a rinse aid, we would recommend using one to facilitate drying. We hope this helps.

light goes on but will not fill or drain
For model number WDF520PADM7

Hi Michael, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the door latch, part number PS11756967, to fix the issue. It is at the top of the dishwasher door and keeps the door closed when the dishwasher is running. If this is faulty, the dishwasher may not start the cycle. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
