Easy instal, taking off entire back panels of appliance is required

Take out two screws which attach pump to washer body. Detach wiring which connects pump to control unit ( that takes a little time). Install pump in designated location, connect hoses, connect wiring to control unit, connect appliance to powere source, test run to make sure everything works properly, make final detailed wire connection Pump to control unit, install back panels, Connect water supply hoses .....and be proud of yourself!
Top Load washer would not drain to complete spin cycle.
Though I could hear and feel the drain pump running, the washer would not drain. This model does not have a filter for the drain pump. I lowered the discharge hose from the stand up pipe on the wall, and lowered it to the floor. Water ran right out, so no blockage in the drain system. After removing the inlet and outlet hoses to the pump, a quick inspection showed the impeller on the motor was off the shaft and flopping around. Bingo, motor runs but cant pump. Ordered from Partselect and received in ONE DAY. I really didn't want to go back to it that soon, but they certainly did their part. Ha. Thank you all. Greg
The wiring weaves between the control panel and the drum through the frame body
Had to drill out the rivets on the back top panel to get the wires to thread back the same way. Poor design by Samsung. They should have used bolts to secure the back top panel or have some kind of coupler in the wiring.
Pulsator Cap came off during a Wash cycle, it was not usable as part of it was broken
just popped the new one in, it took all of 3 seconds....the worst part was that the part was all Plastic and the replacement part cost close to $70 including Shipping. the part was no bigger than the Cap on a LG bottle of Orange Juice.....Ridiculous..
Squeezed clamp with fingers to remove old drain hose. Put clamp on new replacement hose and slid over drain pipe and released clamp. Less than a minute. Hose was exact replacement part.
