Unhooked the macine pulled out for easy access .removed drive belt rear cover plate ,vaccumed remaining water out thru drain hose with wet and dry vac. Disconnect all water supply and unplug washer. Remove 3 screws on back panel of the washer. This will expose the pump unit. Detach belt on the bottom of the washer. Then detach two hoses that connects to the pump unit. Use pliers if necessary to disconnect hoses. Use 5/16 socket with extension to take out three bolts the connect pump to t

he washer. That's it, now replace old pump unit and with new. Place bolts back in the 3 holes, reattached hoses, cover the back with 3 scres. Connect the belt to the pulley system on the bottom. Connect water supply and plug it in.

Pulled that sucker out from the wall and leaned him back just enough to prop a case a beer under it. Slid up under there with the biggest dust bunny I ever seen. Had the screeching noise for a few days and kept using it until it finally didn't do anything. From youtube i was able to diagnose using other peoples experiences and discovered the part i need by looking at the pictures from the model #.

Turn water off at the inlet valve of hose you are replacing. Disconnect inlet hose the washer and let water drain out in a bucket. Then remove old hose. Replace new hose to inlet valve then washer . Use pliers to tighten both ends. Turn on water to check leaks at both ends of hose.

Turned water off,tilted unit forward,removed lower rear cover,removed belt,laid towels around ,removed inlet hose and exit hose off pump,removed 3 screws holding pump,removed pump and installed new one,reversed order of disassemble, has been running great ever since.

Took off belt and ran motor. No noise. Then took off drain pump and spun it by hand and felt rubbing on one spot. I figured the bearings were going bad, so I ordered the parts and replaced them.

My husband unhooked the water lines, unplugged the washer and remove the waste water hose, then we tipped it over and easy as pie the belt came off and the new one went right back on.
