RY40200 Ryobi Trimmer - Instructions

New motor was pretty much plug and play. Grass trimmer has about a dozen 2,5mm hex screws that hold the halves of the head together. Once unscrewed, there are two stickers that need to be peeled off with a blade (I used contact adhesive to reseat them after) and then everything comes apart. The motor has spade connectors but my origina ... Read more l motor had pigtails so I chopped them off and crimped on some female connectors. Everything works like new!
